The information contained on this website has been posted with the consent of the data subjects concerned.

We do not track any information about your visit to our website, though we may do so in the future if it assists the Association in maintaining this website.

We will not process any personal information provided by you to the Association without your consent other than to respond to your communication or, if you become a member, to communicate generally with you.

From time to time we are asked to provide a mailing list to third parties.  We would only do so if we, the Committee, feel that it is appropriate in the circumstances; but this is rarely done and then only on the basis of providing labels and permission to use the address list for a named purpose.  Normally we would write to you or send you an e-mail ourselves enclosing whatever communication we have been asked to send you.
